QWEL (English) - Vail, CO

This Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) Training is sponsored by Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (ERWSD) and registration is free of charge. 

QWEL graduates are certified to perform third party irrigation audits and will be listed for hire on the City of Aspen, QWEL, and ERWSD websites. 

By registering for this class, you agree to attend the three sessions listed below. To pass the QWEL course participants must complete a hands-on irrigation audit and pass the QWEL exam.

Course curriculum will be taught by Irrigation Analysis. The curriculum includes the following sections:

2. Sustainable Landscaping
3. Soils
4. Landscape Water
5. Irrigation Systems
6. Irrigation Maintenance & Troubleshooting
7. Irrigation Auditing
8. Irrigation Scheduling
9. Irrigation Controllers
10. Bringing It All Together

This class is for landscape professionals and local partners working in or near Eagle County. Please contact Lindsay Rogers (ler@waternow.org) if you would like to attend and do not live and work in the Eagle County area.
