The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is excited to be offering the QWEL program. This class is only open to any City staff, professional landscaper, water district employee, or maintenance personnel that would like to become a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper.
This class is offered for FREE and parking is available.
The class includes an irrigation audit and exam, which are required to gain the QWEL professional certification.
