The California Water Efficiency Partnership will conduct the QWEL classes and irrigation audit needed for QWEL certification on three consecutive Tuesdays, plus the exam.
At this time, the QWEL class is being offered to attendees FREE of charge. The California version of the QWEL reference manual will be available for $20.00 at the first class.
