The California Water Efficiency Partnership will conduct the QWEL classes and irrigation audit needed for QWEL certification on three consecutive Tuesdays, plus the exam.
At this time, the QWEL class is being offered to attendees FREE of charge. The California version of the QWEL reference manual will be available for $20.00 at the first class.
The QWEL exam is a closed book exam that consists of 100 multiple choice questions based on the learning objectives laid out in the QWEL reference manual. The passing grade is 75 out of 100. The time limit to take the exam is 3-hours. The exam includes the use of a calculator to perform the types of calculation explained in the reference manual such as those used when performing an irrigation audit and when creating an irrigation schedule. A formula sheet will be provided to participants.
Space is limited. Registration Closes: 12/3/2019 or when class is full.
